The Best Kisses

Let's face it: Movies have pretty much set the bar way up there for kissing, sex, and romance. I mean, I'm expecting all my kisses to be like the lake scene from "The Notebook". And, I know that you are too.

 

But, not all kisses are that intense. Or exaggerated for that matter.
Many kisses are just simple. I asked a few friends to tell me about the BEST kiss they've had. All of them had a different scene, different mood, different feel to it. However, one thing was in common: the build up- That intensity you feel right before your lips meet- The crave.



I've shared a few of the steamy stories below... and one that's my own!

Lost Friends

"It was during the summer before my freshmen year and it was with one of my best friends. He hadn't seen me in years because I had moved away so us meeting back up was something special. We were on my stoop and he was about to leave and he planted one on me. His lips mixed with the thrill was crazy and super sexy. I couldn't help but to crave more. "

Big Lips

"The best kiss I ever had was with my ex. It was in a friend's hallway right before school. He had big lips so it was something to bite on. Lots of things made it good but i think because I had been dying to kiss him was what made it so special."

Static Shock

"One of my best kisses was when me and this guy just started talking. It was by the beach at 4 am after we left from the club. He was looking into my eyes, I was staring back and I leaned closer. "My best kiss was definitely with my fiancé and it was my best because we loved each other so much that we never wanted our kiss to end. So now I have lots of best kisses from him all the time. It's one of the reasons I knew he was the one."

Out of Your League

"I think my best kiss was with this guy that I had just recently realized was way out of my league and thought that he'd never like me back. It was a group of us hanging out and I offered to go to the store to get drinks and he came to help me. On the way back I kept thinking how much I wished he could see me as more than a friend and then he stopped and kissed me. He told me later that he was surprised that I didn't see him fidget while walking because he was nervous. It was the best because I wanted it the most and didn't dare to hope of having it."

Morning Jog

"One morning my boyfriend and I went for a very early morning jog at the park. At that point we had been dating for a month but, just had our first kiss a few days earlier. It was short and simple and left me craving for more. After we finished jogging we took a break and went to sit down and relax. We ended up laying down next to each other for an hour talking. I would hear him speak but all I saw were his lips. Right before we left, he was in the middle of a sentence when I grabbed his face, pulled it closer to mines, and kissed him. I got up and made it seem so nonchalant like, yes I kissed you and now we can leave because we're both sweaty. And that's exactly what I expected. Instead after he got up, he wrapped his arms around me and we kissed feverishly for what seemed like forever. All that build up we carried for a month worth of passion, desire, and lust just exploded in that one kiss."


Drive in Movie

"We were watching a movie in an old drive in movie theater and he leaned his arm over like if he was going to put his arm around me and kissed me"

Road Trip

"My ex-boyfriend had found out something about my past that I really thought was going to make him run (it was before we were dating). But he surprised me, drove like 7 hours, just to take me out to dinner. When we smooched, it was perfect. I could really tell how much he cared about me."
